Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We process orders during regular business hours (Mon–Fri 9–5 EST).

Canadian packages are shipped Expedited Parcel via Canada Post. As per Canada Post, the standard for Expedited Parcel shipping within Canada is approximately 1–6 business days depending on the destination. Tracking numbers ARE provided with this service.

US orders are typically shipped Small Packet™ USA Air. Delivery service standard estimate is 4–10 business days. Please keep in mind that this does not include weekends. Tracking numbers are *NOT* provided with this service.

*If a tracking number is preferred, please e-mail us and we would be happy to quote you the shipping rate for that type of service and send you a customized invoice via PayPal.*

*IMPORTANT: Please note that we regrettably can not be held responsible for lost packages if a shipping method is selected which does not offer tracking. 

We aim to have all packages ready to go within 3 business days of receiving the order.  

 

LOCAL PICKUP OPTION

If you are in London and would like to pick up your order rather than having it shipped to you, we can make that happen. When ordering on-line, simply choose “Local Pick-up” as your shipping method. We will set a mutually convenient time for pick-up as we do NOT operate a retail storefront.

 

SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES (AUS, UK, etc)

We are happy to accept and process orders from countries not mentioned above! In order to pass on the most economical shipping rates, we ask that you contact us for a custom invoice and shipping quote.   

  

RETURNS POLICY

Our intent is to create products of exceptional value and quality and we are quite confident that you will love them! If however for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would like to make it right for you. For that reason we have provided the following return policy:

You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
